By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms that uphold the professionalism, safety, and integrity of this business. ⸻ Booking & Payments • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your time. • Remaining balances are processed through GlossGenius at the end of your service. • A valid card on file is required for all bookings. • CashApp, Apple Pay, and cash are not accepted for services or deposits. ⸻ Client Responsibilities • Please arrive with clean hands and free of heavy oils or lotions. • Excessive glue, glitter, or product buildup outside of normal wear may require an additional removal fee. • No children or extra guests unless approved in advance. • Respectful conduct is expected at all times. ⸻ Service Expectations • Services are performed according to the time, design complexity, and level selected at booking. • Nail results vary based on the condition of your natural nails, lifestyle, and at-home care. • Any service concerns must be communicated within 48 hours. ⸻ Sanitation & Safety • Professional sanitation and disinfection practices are performed before and after every service. • If signs of infection, fungus, open wounds, or any health concerns are present, service may be refused or rescheduled for safety. ⸻ Required Forms The following forms must be completed and signed: Every Appointment • COVID-19 Release Form One-Time Forms • Photo/Video Consent Release • Client Liability & Acknowledgment Waiver GlossGenius will automatically prompt these forms as required. ⸻ Policies & Compliance By booking, you acknowledge and agree to follow all policies listed on my GlossGenius site, including: • Cancellation Policy • Late Arrival Policy • No-Show Policy These policies are enforced to protect time, sanitation, scheduling, and fairness for all clients. ⸻ Right to Refuse Service Nail’sByAivrev™ reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone for reasons including, but not limited to: • Repeated lateness • Repeated cancellations or no-shows • Disruptive or disrespectful behavior • Health or sanitation concerns • Failure to follow policies or complete required forms Outstanding balances must be paid before future appointments can be booked. ⸻ Commitment to Quality Each service is performed with intention, care, and excellence — because it’s not just nails… it’s ministry through these Blessed Hands™.

Cancellation Policy

✅ Nail’sByAivrev™ Cancellation, No-Show & Late Arrival Policies Because this ain’t just a nail set — it’s ministry through these Blessed Hands™ ⸻ 📅 FRIENDLY BOOKING REMINDER Please double-check the date you select when booking. If the date falls on a major holiday, the following will automatically apply in addition to your regular service total: 💅🏾 MAJOR HOLIDAY SLAY POLICY CLOSED ON THE FOLLOWING DATES: • Thanksgiving Day • Christmas Eve • Christmas Day • New Year’s Day NEW YEAR’S EVE: Adjusted hours 9 AM – 3 PM (Anything booked outside these hours is considered a Major Holiday Slay.) • A mandatory $100 Holiday Slay Deposit is required at the time of booking • Your regular nail service total on the day of your appointment. No exceptions. No negotiations. This reflects the sacrifice of working on a major holiday. ⸻ It’s not just nails — it’s a ministry through these hands.™ Nail’sByAivrev _____ ✅Late Arrivals • You have a 10-minute grace period for unexpected delays. • Arriving 10–14 minutes late will result in a $10 late fee added to your total. • At 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled and treated as a same-day cancellation, and the full service fee will be charged. The grace period is not intended as an extended arrival window. This policy protects both our schedules, supports proper sanitation, and maintains fairness for the next client’s appointment. ⸻ ✅ Cancellation & No-Show Policy •Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 2 days of the scheduled service will require a 50% payment of the total service amount. • A full 1 day notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Same-day cancellations, late cancellations, and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • This fee is automatically charged to the card on file. • Any no-show balance must be paid before future appointments can be booked. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice result in lost time that cannot be filled and directly impact the schedule, sanitation flow, and availability for other clients. For this reason, the full-service charge applies without exception. Clients who are repeatedly late, cancel or no-show will lose the ability to book future appointments, as consistency and respect for time are essential for maintaining a professional and efficient environment.
